The centerpiece of this deal is a recertified ThinkPad T41 notebook with 512MB of RAM, 60GB hard drive, DVD/CD-RW, a 14.1-inch display and Windows XP Pro. Like all IBM laptops, the T41 comes loaded with the ThinkVantage software to help manage your system and secure your data.
The 14.1-inch T41 weighs less than five pounds and measures just one inch thick.
The bundle includes a docking station that makes it quick and easy to connect to peripherals and an external monitor. An extended 9-cell battery and power adapter comes in the box.
It’s powered by a 1.7GHz Intel Pentium M processor, which is slow by today’s standards, but good enough to power through Microsoft Office applications and basic photo editing. I just used a friend’s T41 with similar specs and web browsing with its 802.11b/g WiFi connection
